LivSmart by Hilton Coming To The Lake District
A new hotel project at The Lake District is offering fresh indications that the long-anticipated mixed-use development in Lakeland may be regaining momentum.
At its March 12 meeting, the Lakeland Municipal Planning and Design Review Commission approved a site plan for a four-story, 121-room Hilton LivSmart hotel. The development is slated for approximately 2.35 acres at the northwest corner of The Lake District.
Townhome Project Back On Track
rilogy Investment Co., an investment and development firm based in Georgia, has purchased the nearly 20-acre townhome property formerly known as Willows Townhomes for just over $6.7 million. The site sits on the back portion of the mixed-use development and will move forward under a new name: REV3 at Garner Lake.
